Yolo Hospice

Yolo Hospice was the first established hospice provider in the Sacramento Valley. We have the longest regional track record as experts in caring for people with a life-limiting illness.

Our physician satisfaction surveys consistently show that 100% of referring physicians are satisfied with the care we provide to their patients. We frequently achieve quality scores that exceed state and national averages, and our bereavement program scores among the highest in the nation. We have a four-star We Honor Veterans program, the highest level available, demonstrating a special awareness of the unique care needs of our veteran population.

In 2018, Yolo Hospice was accredited by the Joint Commission for community-based palliative care (the first in the Sacramento Valley area) and for home care. Yolo Hospice is the only hospice in the Sacramento Valley that is a member of the National Partnership for Hospice Innovation. We are also members of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, and of the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association.

Yolo Hospice remains true to our Mission to serve our communities, providing the highest level of care for every patient, every family, every time.

Yolo Hospice cares for all individuals in our service areas who qualify for hospice care, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or gender. Yolo Hospice has never denied a patient who needed care, including those without financial resources or health care coverage.

We serve the five counties of Colusa, Sacramento, Solano, Sutter and Yolo.
